Official Rules
These Official Rules apply to all giveaways and contests (“Promotion”) conducted by Mount Rushmore Tours (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules.
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
To enter, complete the entry form at https://win.mountrushmoretours.com/chuckwagon-dinner during the entry period.
Limit: One (1) entry per person per entry period.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 09/29/25 and ends at 10/13/25.
Entries received before or after this period will not be eligible.
4. Prize
The winner will receive: 1 Chuckwagon Supper & Show (Approximate Retail Value: $49).
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via email &text within 48 hours of the drawing. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the integrity of the contest.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any errors in printing, administration, or announcement of the prize.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize.
8. Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota and applicable federal law. Any disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Pennington County, South Dakota.
